EPCOR Collective and Benefits Agreements

Collective Agreement
The EPCOR Water Collective Agreement came into effect on June 23, 2007 and it has an expiry date of December 25, 2010.

The NEW Memorandum of Agreement for the Waste Water Treatment Plant transfer from the City of Edmonton to EPCOR - currently unavailable

Benefits Agreement
The EPCOR Benefits Agreement, which came into force in 2003 and still applies, can be viewed/downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format by clicking here.
