Member programs

Woman CUPE Local 30 provides a number of programs and services to members to help them be more productive union members, and also to help with personal concerns.

Union education programs
CUPE Local 30 provides members with access to union education, which makes it possible for members to become more active in the union, and in their own lives. Click here for information on union education.

Social support programs
CUPE Local 30 believes that feeling valued and connected affects how we behave and how much of ourselves we bring to work. When a person’s fundamental needs are not met, they disengage socially, affecting their relationships with family and co-workers, and their health can be put at risk. Stress, for example, arising out of a difficult employment relationship, increases the risk of heart disease and stroke.

CUPE Local 30 believes in providing services to members that increase their satisfaction in all aspects of their lives. Click here for information on social support programs.
