Union education programs
The Education Committee will provide periodic updates. Courses are provided by CUPE Union Development. Also, check the glass cabinet at the back of the union Meeting Hall for news on additional courses. Applications must be submitted to the Education Committee for decisions to be made about course attendees. Upcoming Schools: Alberta Federation of Labour: Week 1 (January 16-21/12) and Week 2 (January 22-27/12) Union Counselling Training Program Level 2 (Wed evenings May 2-June 20/12) Please contact Glenn Hillinger (Chair of the Education Committee) for any questions or further information you may require on the courses or workshops noted below. Please DO NOT send your application directly to the agency offering the course.
